Prudential Young Trailblazers Competition

In this competition, my team and I embarked on an exciting project to create a solution that would allow for sustained volunteerism amongst tertiary students. We emerged victorious as we received an award for Best Business Pitch.

My group had to conduct market research to understand the expectations VS reality of existing customers and potential target customers with the aim to understand the customer journey process and how an organisation can manage the customer experience to influence customers’ purchase behaviour for the better in the long-term.

Daikin Outbound

While attached to Daikin, I helped to conduct their annual customer satisfaction survey for the customers. After calling, the data had to be translated into a meaningful presentation where I analysed key trends over the past 5 years.

Grapholistic International

For our Entrepreneurship module, we worked with a fellow alumnus of NYP to help her plan to increase Graphology's popularity. We utilised several social media platforms to garner insights on what audiences like/dislike about Graphology, and proposed our findings on whether our marketing strategies it was viable or not.

Netball Exchange to Australia

In my first year in NYP, I was selected for an exclusive trip to Perth, to hone our skills as netballers. During this trip, I was given the role of room admin and was responsible for accounting for finances and inventory.
